Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, The Magic PLR hereby grants you Private Label Rights (PLR) upon purchase of products labeled with PLR, which grants you the rights to modify, claim authorship of, and resell this product for 100% of the profits.

Additional rights include: the right to add this product to a membership site or bundle within a package; the right to create audio or video products using this product; the right to give away the product to subscribers or customers; (unless explicitly stated) the right to change sales page and/or graphics; the right to break up the product into separate sections; the right to add or remove content to the product; the right to put your name on it; the right to edit or create your own covers for the product; but NOT the right to give away, sell, or transfer the Private Label Rights to any third party.

MRR Licensing:

The Magic PLR also offers Master Resale Rights (MRR) licensing for selected products. Upon purchase of a product with MRR licensing, you are granted the rights to resell the product to your customers and offer them the same rights that you received, including the ability to resell and distribute the product. This means you can pass on the resale rights to your customers, allowing them to sell the product and keep 100% of the profits. However, you may not modify or alter the product content in any way, except the name and the Cover page and offer Private Label Rights (PLR) to your customers only for those products labeled MRR.

All content not included within each digital product itself, including graphics, landing page descriptions, and social media content and videos relating to the product, are copyrighted unless otherwise noted and are the property of The Magic PLR and/or a supplier to The Magic PLR. No such materials may be used except as provided in these Terms of Use.
